As well as completing an apprenticeship in stained glass, I studied art & design for one year and painting for three years with OCA, before completing a BA(Hons) degree in Fine Art.

     I have been a practising professional artist since 1988 and most of my education has been gained through experience in different disciplines.

     Stained glass has been my main occupation, but over the years I have diversified into areas such as: mural painting; advertising display; copy artist; teaching drawing, painting and stained glass and assisting and collaborating with other artists on various projects.

     My work has been shown by a number of prominent galleries and also exhibited at many of the major art fairs.

I work mainly in oil paint, largely from memory and imagination. My painting is expressionistic and I am inspired by medieval art and early 20th century expressionism.
